The much anticipated K-Rock Cup is almost here. Tomorrow’s Saturday Night January 4 will see the inaugural running of the strongly backed Super Sedan Feature.
The Nicola Racing Team will be out in force with numbers behind them. Mick Nicola Snr and Mick Jnr will take to the track in the V3 and V23. Alongside them, Peter Nicola in the V2 and Anthony Nicola in the V11. Its going to be an all round Nicola Nightmare this saturday night.
Heading across the border from South Australia will be the well presented SA93 of Kym Jury and the rocketship SA47 of Michael Miller. Along with the boys, will be New South Welshman Kurt Kranitis in the NSW57.
A cracking field of Super Rods will tear up the Avalon dirt saturday night also. Paul Verhoeven, Allan Pitcher and Adrian Rieck join a class field of Corey Deglaitis, Alex Bath, Gerrard Mabbitt, Peter Duynhoven, Neville Gange, Michael Coad and Paul Singleton completes the pack.
The Routleys Car Crumble is finally upon us. The fan favourite car-crunching feature will headline the K-Rock Cup event with well over 30 cars and climbing the nomination list, its sure to be a “hit” with fans.
The Crash & Bash Drivers association is pumped up about the event, and are excited to put on a metal twisting night of racing at Geelong’s Home of Horsepower.
Racing this Saturday night January 4, with Action set to start from 6pm. Adults $30, Concession $25, Kids 12-16 $15 and Kids under 12 free with an adult. Remember if you had purchased a ticket for the WSS round last weekend, to bring your ticket to get in for free!
