3rd time lucky! After two frustrating years – it looks like the annual Swap meet will return Sunday 28th August. After getting close last year a lock down rules it out. Now with no lock downs forecast everyone can look forward to sourcing some bargains or just some socializing which the swap meet is famous for. The last swap meet in 2019 had over 110 sites with everything from sprintcars to go karts and everything in between.

Gate will open 6:45am for sellers and general admission opens at 7:30am. First stop for many will be the Hall of Fame’s eggs and bacon breakfast and hot drink to get the day started. Before some serious haggling to get the best bargains for the season ahead.

Another aspect of this years swap meet will be the inclusion of vintage speedway display show casing of the wonderful machines from another era. The canteen opens at 9am for the famous Avalon chips and gravy, hot dogs, dim sims and more.

Stall holders site fee $40, General admission $5 adults and children under 16 free. Confirmed site holders so far include Simpson Safety Australia, I & J Speedway Equipment, Victory Lane Racegear, Parr Motorsport, Dirt X Industries. Hope to see you there.
