The Avalon Raceway Swap meet was held on Sunday 28th August. Participants were greeted with a sunny day which brought out a healthy crowd. All eager to snap up a bargain, where traders reported brisk trade from early in the morning.
And there was something for everyone from top of the range sprintcar parts to entry level classes. Plus this year saw a Vintage Speedway display which this is hoped to be a regular part of the swap meet.
Tim Osborne was awarded Peoples choice with his restored Bill Barrows OTR SA #6.
