Texan teenager Chase Randall is jumping right into the deep end of Australian Sprintcar racing.
The eighteen-year-old from Waco is making his debut Down Under appearance this summer with the DKM Motorsport Team out of Pakenham Victoria and he’s headed straight to the Clay-per-view Sprintcars Speedweek Series.
Four different tracks he’s never been to in seven days?
No problem.
The versatile Randall, who has had a fantastic season in the USA in 2022 in both winged and non-wing competition has his Dad Jon on the tools along with Danny Mayson and the DKM Team and the operation is ready to rip.
“This is a dream come true for our family and our team,” says DKM Principal Danny Mayson, “we’ve always wanted to field an American driver in one of our cars and now it’s happening with Chase. The kid is a jet. We can’t wait.”
The DKM team is armed to the teeth with go fast goodies for the Texan.
“Chase has just come off a really great season in the US and he’ll hit the ground running when he and his family arrive in Australia soon. They work really hard on being successful with their program back in Texas and I know they’re already planning on continuing their good form down here. I speak to Chase’s Dad Jon (Randall) daily and he’s very determined to make Chase’s first trip in Australia a success.”
With an A-Main win haul in the double digits for 2022 already the kid they call ‘The Quickest Chicken’ will add some serious wild card appeal to the www.clayperview.com Sprintcars Speedweek Series.
