FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ANNUAL AVALON ELECTION FOR PRESIDENTS CUP 2023 THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT

Avalon Raceway will fire up the electoral roll for the 2023 Sprintcar President’s Cup for what is always the biggest week in wings.

This Wednesday night 60 of the best that the world has to offer will dawn on Avalon Raceway to crown the President of Pace for season 2023.

Can James Mcfadden make it three terms in a row serving as the Cubic Inch Commander and Cheif at Avalon. After another strong serving in the States, Australia’s son, Jmac will go back to work in front of his hometown fans.

He will go up against some of the fiercest Americans on his own terms this time. Chase Randall and Sheldon Haudenschild Put on a clinic at Simpson most recently, now they will go up against the Vic’s once again on Victorian turf. Aaron Reutzel, Carson and Cole Macedo, Brad Sweet, Brock Zearfoss and Sunshine Tyler Courtney will fly the stars and stripes.

All the Aussies are sure to put runs on the board in classic week, Jack Lee was the closest returning member of the podium from 2022, he is back in action in the two car international team.

Hallett has been in fine form lately, Maroske put on a massive Australian Shut out up North, Kerry and Ian are back and ready to dish out the Madsen Militia. The Dumesney boys know how to turn it on at this time of year, the Aus1 of Marcus and N57 of Matt are locked in and ready to roll. Mccullagh might have just rekindled that classic fire.. Veal is always Solid, Ando is scary good at Avalon. Goodyer Goodness and Tatnell is back.. does it get any better than this?

Talent is widespread across the list and the chequers could drop on easily half of the field on their given night. 60 cars will do battle in the midweek madness this Wednesday night.

A stacked list of Street Stocks will too be on the support card which will help greatly keep the track in touch and give fans the door to door action fix that would usually bring sprintcars upside down.

Tickets are available right now at www.avalonraceway.com.au or from the gate on the night. However we strongly reccomend getting in early online to avoid lineups after work.

Public Gates open at 3:30pm

Cars on Track from 5:30pm!
