It’s West Coast Classic time at Avalon Raceway – The Place For Pace.
The Modified Productions take centre stage for a huge night of racing, with the VMPA Series doubling up alongside the time-honoured West Coast Classic.
Wingless Sprints and AMCA Nationals complete a strong program, shaping up to be a great night for the whole family. Pack the camp chairs, head down early, and grab a spot on the hills at Avalon Raceway.
Gates open from 4:00pm.
Speedway Operations Manager David Mills shared the following regarding tonight’s meeting:
“We have made a number of calls and enquiries with regards to all facets of tonight’s race meeting and are satisfied that all of our safety measures and procedures hold us in good stead for racing to proceed this evening”.
“This is a decision we don’t make lightly, as we extend our best wishes to anyone affected by the recent and current fire events right across the state and pay homage to all of the Fire Crews battling these blazes. We also encourage any competitor or race fan in an area currently affected by fire to stay where they need to be at this time”.
