The major events continue tonight at Geelong’s Avalon Raceway when the Wingless Sprints contest the Avanats while the second round of the Oval Express Formula 500 Series will also be on the card. A field of Wingless Sprints will be on hand while a strong 40 car field has nominated for the second round of the popular Oval Express Series including two Americans.
Hot on the heels of James McFadden’s stunning World Series Sprintcars victory last night over current national champion Brooke Tatnell and Max Dumesny, Avalon Raceway is primed for another great night of racing.
Californian Jake Hagopian was victorious in last night’s Oval Express Series opener at Hamilton and will be keen to extend his championship lead tonight. Following Hagopian to the line was 20 year old Queenslander Brock Hallett with Victorian young guns Mitch Whiting and James Aronyosi in tow.
Racing will be from 6pm tonight at Geelong’s Avalon Raceway.
