Was officially opened, in November 1976 by Corio Shire president Mr. Mike Parks. From humble beginnings Avalon Raceway has developed into one of Victoria’s major speedway complexes catering for a myriad of speedway classes and in this time has hosted international and world champion bikes and continues to offer the very best in speedway entertainment.
