It’s a Boxing Day Tradition! The Sprintcar Gold Cup at Avalon Raceway as a part of the Doolan’s Heavy Haulage Sprintcar Track Championship along with the Modified Sedans as they battle it out for the Christmas Cup as presented by Racer Industries. It’s a massive night of Formula 500 action as Round 2 of Formula 500 Speedweek Series brings the best of the best Formula 500 pilots to Avalon Raceway along with Compact Speedcars and Junior Formula 500’s in a night of non-stop action! Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek as powered by Clay-Per-View invades Avalon Raceway for one night only, featuring a star-studded line-up of Sprintcar Racers from across the nation and abroad, all in search of the $10,000 to win pay day as well as Championship points! This event will also double as Round 5 of the Doolan’s Heavy Haulage Sprintcar Track Championship with the Street Stocks also a part of the action. It’s Practice night for the 2027 Aero6Four Australian Formula 500 Championship as presented by Driven, Jettco Developments and Penrite Oil. Please note: Public viewing for practice night is in Turn One, with entry via Melbourne side gate only.

Heat races and preliminary feature events including Twin A-Mains are a part of the show as drivers jostle for points on the first of two nights of competition! It’s Championship Night for the Aero6Four Formula 500 Australian Title as presented by Jettco Developments and Penrite Oil. Heat races and feature events all lead to the Championship finale as we crown the Australian Formula 500 Champion. Please note access to this event will be via the Melbourne side gate only. With thanks to Penrite Oil it’s the 2027 edition of the Sprintcar President’s Cup featuring the best-of-the-best Sprintcar drivers from right across Australia as well as some international stars! Night 1 of the 2027 Easter Sprintcar Trail as presented by Camden Signage & Building Services, featuring Sprintcars and supported by the Super Rod and SDAV Hot Rod Easter Trail along with a massive fireworks display on a night not to be missed. The race meeting that means so much more than just deciding a winner. It’s the annual Diggers Cup at Avalon Raceway as we remember those that served for us all on ANZAC eve!
