With the commencement a new season of Sprintcar Racing at Avalon Raceway now just round the corner, three season long contingency awards will again be up for grabs!
Mathew and Renae Eastham from Victory Lane Racegear continue to give back to the sport of Sprintcar Racing at Avalon Raceway, getting behind the Victory Lane Clean Sweep Award for 2026-27 season.
On any of the eight scheduled 410 Sprintcar events this season, commencing with the Combined Waste Services Sprintcar Jackpot Invitational on October 24, any driver who can set quick time, win their heat race, win the dash and the A-Main will take home a $500.00 Victory Lane Racegear voucher!
“Matt and Renae, despite their own racing interests, across multiple divisions, continue to give back to not only Avalon Raceway but also their fellow competitors, which helps keep us as an attractive racing proposition to the current crop of race teams, so for that we are very grateful”, Avalon Raceway Speedway Operations Manager David Mills said.
Adding to the nightly bounty for the Sprintcar teams will be the Max Dumesny Motorsport Quick Time award with a $250.00 Hoosier Tire Voucher on offer for the fastest qualifier on each of the eight nights of competition, right through to the final 410 Sprintcar night of the season on Good Friday!
“Max, Freddie Baker and all of the Max Dumesny Motorsport Team have been amazing in their support of our Sprintcar program for a long time now and like all of our contingency award providers, they add additional value to a night of Sprintcar Racing that keeps these teams on the road”, Mills added.
Last but not least, despite being located on Raglan Parade in Warrnambool, Warrnambool Locksmiths via Michael Jongleblood and his team, have again thrown their support and a potential $1,000.00 bonus at seasons end to any driver who can finish inside the top ten at all eight rounds of the Doolan’s Heavy Haulage Sprintcar Track Championship as presented by Camden Signage and Building Services, Transall Motors, NAPA Geelong and Penrite Oil.
“Mick is heavily involved at Premier Speedway and has long standing partnerships with Tim Hutchins and Peter Doukas, so to have him supporting Avalon Raceway as well via the Unlock the Top Ten program yet again provides even more value to our Sprintcar Track Championship for this season”, Mills concluded.
The Avalon Raceway Doolan’s Heavy Haulage Sprintcar Track Championship as presented by Camden Signage and Building Services, Transall Motors, NAPA Geelong and Penrite Oil will be contested over eight rounds on the following dates:
Saturday October 24, 2026 – Combined Waste Services Sprintcar Jackpot Invitational.
